You can turn the VPN off after you connect, but after some time the stream will run into issues and start to loop (at least, that's the issue I always ran into when I tried it last season). Yes, requires a VPN, they run around $50 a year. Have to VPN in (I heard you can vpn in to log in, then just turn the vpn off. It's the better one - none of that shitty directv/sunday ticket redzone crap. Yes, it has NFL network and NFL network's version of redzone. True for International, I don't believe it's true for domestic (domestic is basically just game rewind) I know last week Brazil/Ireland apparently had some good prices, but that was last week. Just hunt around reddit to see which countries have good deals, or just get on a VPN and start hopping through countries and see for yourself. You may want to use a vpn (you can get 1-3day trials) to purchase Game Pass as certain countries offer better deals. You will need a VPN, but I use adfreetime instead as its only $2 a month and uses MY internet, so doesnt hinder my speed. You can also watch many years of past games. Well, they may be on a minute or two delay, but pretty much "live". Also you get Redzone and NFL Network I believe. With Game Pass you will get Thursday, Sunday, Monday games and a Friday game if there were one. $130 covers the entire pre-season along with the entire season (minus playoffs and Super Bowl), which is FAR cheaper than the other options like Sunday Ticket, which only allows you to watch Sunday games. For one, The $130 should not be under cons. Your Pro/Con list is a little side-ways I think.
